The Alchemy of Sound - Gahl Sasson

This is the soundtrack of the soul:Each song represents another episode in the spiritual journey back to the One. Each tells a story-a tale of transformation. The first track, entitled "Info," transports us from the mundane world of telephones, e-mails and TV commercials into the realm of the spirits-the place where magic rules. To accomplish this leap, we must let go of the mind by tricking it. The second track stands as a sonic snapshot of the magical "Tree of Life," (second track) or as it is known in Alchemy, Axis Mundi-the site where the elemental spirits dwell. The Tree of Life is the ladder from and to the higher self. The third track, "Benediction" features the High Priestess of the Tree, who initiates and blesses our spiritual journey. She casts a spell that conveys us to a magical fountain of youth somewhere in the Golden Age of Spain, where Jews, Christians and Muslims collaborated and developed the sacred art of Alchemy. The fountain is called "Primavera," the spring of life. As we drink from the spring, the waters break the veil of illusion that bound us to the material world, and suddenly we remember our true love affair with the divine. In order to reunite with our beloved, we mount "The Chariot," the sacred vehicle that propels us to our spiritual destiny. Upon this chariot, which is secret occult code for meditation, we ride on the "Dunes" and across the desert. The desert has always been the preferred location for those who seek to expand their consciousness. "Gold" represents the illumination we receive during our vision quest in the desert. But then, on the verge of perfection, we are forced to confront our dark side. The night of the soul begins as the purple character appears. Powerful, benevolent, but a little scary, Lukash, "The Nameless One," arrives to assist those who seek the Truth. He guides us to the dark side of the "Full Moon" and then into the realm of the "The Gray Wolf," who devours all our fears and blockages. Quickly, we emerge from the darkness and reach out to the "Lady of the Lake." She baptizes us in her merciful waters, and, with the compassionate resonance of her cello, she lays balm to all of our traumas and scars, granting us the beautiful capacity to resurrect our "Love." Now we are ready to return home. Empowered by all the tools we have harvested from this journey and our guides, we pass once again through the "Gateway of the Desert" to one final destination, Mother "Africa," where we commenced our journey as humanoids a million years before. With her blessing as our shield we come back to our body, home and earthly life, awash in the spiritual "Message Saved."Gahl is a national authority on mythology, mysticism, astrology and Kabbalah, and he continually teaches and lectures on all of these topics across the world.
